HEAT EXCHANGERS AND WATER HEATERS WITH WASTE GAS BURNER
A brand new type based on the French GAZ DE FRANCE patented immersion gas burner technology is used to heat media in a vessel (e.g. exchanger or heater).
The industrial burner is designed for burning natural gas, propane butane or biogas. The burning process is based on pre-mixing of fuel (i.e. gas) and air in the burner chamber. Hot flue gas flows through a stainless flue gas tube immersed in water or other heated medium. The tube is cooled by respective amount of water corresponding to the given capacity. The flue gas is drawn from the end of the tube and then cooled (flue gas temperature about 90 °C). As the heat energy is fully transferred, the equipment can reach efficiency from 95 to 98 %. Thanks to the full combustion of the gas and its utilization, it is not necessary to exhaust the flue gases through a stack. This can be done through an exhaust tube outside the area of the facility and/or the flue gases can be exhausted directly into the room if a sufficient air exchange level is ensured.
The exchangers can be used to make various heat source capacity combinations. Parameters of a flue gas exchanger can be tailored to technology requirements of a given medium (warm water, hot water, steam). The exchangers feature simple design, low ambient requirements and high efficiency, which are considerable benefits. Complicated hot-water or steam piping, which is subject to higher rate of wear and tear, is not required anymore.
This heating system is under the protection of the European Patent. The products have been certified by Strojírenský zkušební ústav Brno (Machine Testing Institute). This testing house has shown compliance with the requirements of the health regulations, accredited testing laboratory, and other relevant rules.
