STATIONARY PRESSURE VESSELS
We make stationary pressure vessels for any type of working medium as well as any pressure or temperature required by the customer. Besides the standard products listed in the catalogue, we can make special pressure vessels of any type in terms of volume, pressure, and temperature of the working medium. In addition, we can make multi-room stationary pressure vessels upon demand.
In addition to standard versions of vertical pressure vessels, this type of a vessel can be produced for any pressure up to 4.0 MPa, any temperature up to 350°C, and any volume from 0.25 to 10.0 m3. Vertical pressure vessels for pressures above 1.0 MPa, temperatures above 200°C, and volumes above 10.0 m3 can be supplied as special products based on a calculation.
Pressure vessels with diameters up to 1,200 mm are placed on three supports, while the pressure vessels with diameters above 1,400 mm rest on four supports. Please, be sure to indicate a catalogue number as well as type, volume, pressure, and temperature of the working medium when ordering the product.
In addition to standard versions of horizontal pressure vessels, this type of a vessel can be produced as an air tank for any pressure up to 4.5 MPa, any temperature up to 400 °C, and any volume from 0.25 to 10.0 m3. Special horizontal pressure vessel models for pressure above 1.0 MPa, temperature above 100°C, and volume above 10.0 m3 can be supplied based on a specific calculation.
If required, the vessel can be placed on a bolster according to the “Bolsters for Horizontal Vessels” Table.

The vessels have environmentally sound primer coating (water dilutable).
