WATER HEATERS
Besides the standard types, the water heaters can be customised to casing/insert pressure up to 4.0 MPa, temperature up to 150 °C, and volume from 0.25 to 10.0 m3. Special types of water heaters for pressure above 1.6 MPa and volume above 10.0 m3 can be supplied based on a specific calculation.
The heating medium flows in a heating insert, which is a two-way insert made of Cu pipes or Fe pipes. The vertical water heaters with diameters up to 1,200 mm are placed on three supports, while the water heaters with diameters above 1,400 mm rest on four supports. If required, the horizontal heater can be placed on a bolster according to customer’s specifications.
The heaters have a neck for input and output of water or steam, and welded-on pieces for circulation, thermometer, pressure gauge, control sensor, settling and venting. Any order must clearly indicate the size and locating of each inlet and outlet (DN 2) according to customer’s specifications.
Please, be sure to indicate a catalogue number of the water heater, designation according to the heating medium, pressures and temperatures in the casing and insert, and size of the heat-delivery surface. The heater casing is coated with primer; an internal finish by either galvanizing or plastic coating is possible upon request. The heaters have environmentally sound coating (water dilutable).

Heat energy savings in hot service water production
Heat energy savings in HSW production by a storage water heater are possible when the temperature of the water being warmed is increased to 80 °C or more. This will increase the heating capacity of the heater. We can ensure the required temperature of the outlet water leaving the heater between 35 and 55 °C by mounting of a thermostatic mixing valve between inlet and outlet water piping.
However, this will convert a HSW water heater to equipment for technology use, which is therefore classified as dedicated equipment with necessary certification. Nevertheless, the products are cost-effective. Our Company supplies the water heaters of all sizes and parameters.
